CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN TROPE?
Yes. For most crates, there will trope option selection at checkout. For additional requests, you may leave us a note in your checkout order and we'll do our best to fulfill your request, but cannot guarantee specific authors. We select from a wide variety of indie authors, trad and best selling books for you to discover. Our stock is constantly revolving.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
U.S. flat rates $10 / $13 depending on crate
HOW LONG UNTIL MY CRATE ARRIVES?
For non subscriptions, processing is about 3 days, and crates arrive in about a week for U.S. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
Subscriptions crates ship on the 5th and 20th of each month. You will receive a tracking number once your crate has shipped. Your crate will typically arrive within a week after shipment.
ARE YOUR CANDLES SCENTED?
Our candles range from unscented to lightly scented. We avoid candles that have heavy perfume. If you would like unscented candles only, please let us know in notes at checkout.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
We do not accept returns. We do issue refunds or replacements for lost or severely damaged mail.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Subscribers may skip, pause, or request to cancel subscriptions anytime within the customer portal. If you are on our month to month plan, upon request, we will cancel your subscription within 24 hours, and you will not be charged for the upcoming crate.
HOW DO I GET MY BOOKS FEATURED IN YOUR CRATES?
As an Indie publisher, Gothika Books loves connecting readers with Indie authors who have yet to be discovered alongside new and old traditionally published authors.
