CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN TROPE?
Yes. For most crates, there will trope option selection at checkout. For additional requests, you may leave us a note in your checkout order and we'll do our best to fulfill your request, but cannot guarantee specific authors. We select from a wide variety of indie authors, trad and best selling books for you to discover. Our stock is constantly revolving.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Orders ship within seven business days, excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive tracking via email when your crate ships. You may also check status via customer portal.
We do our best to prioritize gifts for special occasions, holidays, and custom orders!
Boxes are discreet with basic shipping labels.
Subscriptions ship after the 5th and after the 20th of the month, excluding holidays and weekends. Crates process within a business week and are sent priority shipping with tracking included.
Returns
We do not accept returns but we do issue refunds for lost or severely damaged mail!
Cancellations
You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscriptions via your customer portal at anytime. If you need assistance, please let us know via chat or email and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours!
ARE YOUR CANDLES SCENTED?
Our candles range from unscented to lightly scented. We avoid candles that have heavy perfume. If you would like specific candles, please let us know via checkout notes and we will try to accommodate based on stock.
DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?
We do not accept returns. We do issue refunds or replacements for lost or severely damaged mail.
