Each crate has a unique selection of options allowing you to customize your needs, as well as providing a detailed list of merch included. All crates included dark & spicy books, custom merchandise, and luxury goods.
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN TROPE?
Yes. For most crates, there will trope option selection at checkout. For additional requests, you may leave us a checkout note.
ARE YOUR CANDLES SCENTED?
Our candles range from unscented to lightly scented. We avoid candles that have heavy perfume.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping
Non subscription orders process within seven business days, excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive tracking when your order ships. Boxes are discreet with basic shipping labels, and shipped priority USPS. Your crate should arrive within seven days after shipment.
Subscriptions
We ship twice monthly for subscription orders. The cut-off date for subscription orders is the 5th and 20th of the month. If your subscription comes in after the cut-off date, it will go out with the next batch. We process within seven business days after the cut-off date, excluding holidays and weekends.
Returns
We do not accept returns but we do issue refunds for lost or severely damaged mail!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscriptions via your customer portal at anytime. If you need assistance, please let us know via chat or email and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours!
