IS MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED?
No. Non-members have limited access to select collections, products, services & book box subscriptions. Gift-wrap is available for non-members for an additional fee.
ARE BOXES DISCREET?
Yes! We ship in discreet black and tan boxes, free of flashy logos!
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN TROPE?
Yes. For most crates, there will be trope options at checkout. For additional requests, you may leave an order note at checkout. We also have a custom build-your-own book box for more detailed requests.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

ARE YOUR CANDLES SCENTED?
Our candles range from unscented to lightly scented. We avoid candles that have heavy perfume.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping
Crate service to Canada is currently on hold due to ongoing Canadian postal strike.
Subscriptions begin processing on the 5th and 20th and ship in about 7 business days, excluding weekends, postal closures & major U.S. holidays. After processing, non-subscription orders ship according to shipping speed selected at checkout. Tracking is provided.
The cut-off date for subscription orders is the 5th and 20th of the month. If your order comes in on or after those dates, your crate will ship in the next batch.
Returns
We take great care to see that the items in your crate are secure for shipping. We do not accept returns, but we do issue replacements for severely damaged books. Please send us an email with photographs of the damage.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscriptions via your customer portal at any time. If you need assistance, please let us know via chat or email, and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours!
