Terms

Shipping Rates

U.S. flat rate $13.00

Canada flat rate $18.00 USD

Processing & Delivery

Orders process in about 3 days, and arrive in about a week for U.S. shipments, and about a week and a half for shipments to Canada. We do not currently offer shipments outside the U.S. & Canada.

Subscriptions ship on the 5th and 20th of each month.

All orders will receive a tracking number once your crate has shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns but we do issue refunds for lost or severely damaged mail!

Cancellations

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscriptions via your customer portal at anytime.
