Beyond selecting your reading preferences at checkout, here's how you can help even more:
1) What kind of reader are you?
Some readers subscribe to us because they want to try a new genre or they want to sample more of what is out there in a favorite genre. Some readers, on the other hand, are voracious readers who have read far and wide, and they love getting new books to read in the mail. Help us assist you by letting us know what you've already read and/or by sharing your Goodreads shelf with us. You may also share wishlists.
2) Regarding serials.
If you receive book 1 in a series that you have already read, please send us a message, letting us know so that we do not send you more of that particular series.

Shipping
Crates ship within seven business days, excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive tracking via email when your crate ships. You may also check status via customer portal.
We do our best to prioritize gifts for special occasions, holidays, and custom orders!
Boxes are discreet with basic shipping labels.
Subscriptions ship after the 5th and after the 20th of the month, excluding holidays and weekends. Crates process within a business week and are sent priority shipping with tracking included.
